This Montreal museum is serving bug-infused meals for those looking to broaden their culinary horizons.
The Space for Life chefs at the Insectarium are cooking up bug burgers and so much more.
A number of cultures around the world use bugs regularly in their cuisines. Now, the Space for Life chefs are putting their own spin on these creepy crawly dishes.
The tasting menu includes cricket burgers, silkworm tacos, and soft serve ice cream with a termite chocolate dipped cone.
If you’re not into crickets or termites, there are non-insect alternatives being served as well.
But we encourage you to go all out and try a bite of these buggy treats. After all, the extra protein can’t be that bad for you.
